What we collect

SaviCheck may process account details, uploaded visa documents, applicant information, payment status and generated review results to provide the service.

Why we process it

We use this information to deliver requested reviews, secure your account, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Production processing must be supported by an appropriate UK GDPR lawful basis.

Retention and deletion

Documents should be retained only as long as needed to provide the service and then securely deleted. Account holders should be able to request access, correction or erasure of their personal data.

Who processes your data

SaviCheck runs on Google Cloud and Firebase (accounts, database, document storage, backend), Vercel (this website), Anthropic (the model that reviews your documents), Dodo Payments (checkout and card processing) and Resend (email we send you, and email you send us). Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions.

Contacting us

For questions about your data, or to request access, correction or erasure, email hello@savicheck.com. You can also delete your account and all associated documents from the Account tab in your workspace. Final controller details and defined retention periods are still to be published.
